We first launched our business in June 2005 in black and white. We started off distributing to 1,000 homes and businesses but no sooner had we finished, when the phone went with enquiries about how to advertise. It was an encouraging start. We were clearly doing ‘something’ right!
Now in our 21st Year as an independent family-run business, our aim is to encourage local residents to use local businesses to help make our district thrive and having listened to feedback, we have come to recognise how our businesses are best served.
Four times a year we print. Our free magazine is then hand delivered to 11,000 households. Whilst the majority of magazines are delivered in Thatcham, we believe that we are the only comparable magazine to be delivered to hundreds of houses (many with long drives) out in the countryside – Midgham, Cold Ash, Hermitage, Curridge, Woolhampton and Yattendon.
